A life of stewardship, A life of awesomeness
I was pondering how men approach life in so many different ways. This led me to reflect on differences between a life of stewardship and a life of awesomeness . This post may sound very bias and superior and come across as full of judgement instead of seeking to share one man's wisdom. Key is that when you've lived a life of stewardship you know that you've lived a life of doing without certain things. When I see so many acting on impulses and following so many trends / fads, e.g.: collecting Scotch, acquiring toy after toy, and seeking one experience after another. Collecting and acquiring things in our world is not bad, per se; it is about "without limits". Yes, such a life of passing one's limits offers experiences of so many wonderful things. It is the lack of awareness of human limit that I call a life of awesomeness . (While other men learn to go the limits of what a long life may require. ) Awesomeness. So many wonderfu...
